Over charging on interest

I will never ever recommend anyone to take a Personal loan from Nedbank,

I have taken a loan for 20k and have being paying for over a 16 months, when I ask for a settlement I'm still charged for interrest, and have to pay a settlement of over 14k which I totally disagreed, then get told its in the contract you signed

I will never be taking a loan with nedbank, or do any business with them, this is Day light, and you think the banks are better, safer & cheaper, well Nedbank Certain isnt.
