Rude consultant and no delievery made for my card

I am not too sure why I am still a standard bank customer, This bank has done me too many wrongs, and I have been too loyal to them, its almost as if I am immune to their abusive behavior towards me. Three months ago I registered for U count, and till to this day I haven't received my card. I called some u-count consultants to enquire about the travel, her name is Charlene Jonas, she said to me check on the internet, I mean, I am very wise, I would have checked there before wasting my employers telephone bill by calling them. Then I asked her about my card, she asked me about some enquiry reference, I said woman, I don't have that, then she said let me transfer you, please note at that point the call was on its firth minute, and mind you its an 086 number, which is flippen expensive, I was so upset, I hanged up.

Now I am going to make it easy seeing that the bank doesn't appreciate me, I am either going to leave this bank and join FNB, the most innovative bank, OR I am going to get my card delivered to me by end of this week, to the address I gave initially.

By the way I have been Standard Bank customer for -10 years.
