Could not get assistance from Hotline

Dear Absa, Somebody opened a credit card at Absa without my knowledge or authorisation. I saw this on my transUnion report. I then contact your Hotline number and the guy said he cant help me I must go to the branch. So if the decides to get more credit with my credit because I am waiting to get to your bank during office hours they can go ahead simply because you dont take Identity Seriously??? Stop waisting my time and let me know if you cant help. I have all the reqired documents my ID, aFFIDAVIT ETC. Or is Hellopeter the only way to get assistance from you people.
