Hi
I want to move my bond to BMW finance and went through the whole process only to have to information out of the agent who firstly gets my details wrong, then tells me sorry your credit score does not meet the requirements.

upon that investigation i have picked up a number of issues on my credit profile and have addressed the banks accordingly for not closing accounts but get told, sorry you will have to wait 6 months to reapply. WHAT? the fact that the banks messed up my profile is honestly not my fault but i just get brushed off like that.?

is this discrimination that a person does not have millions then you just get pushed aside.?

I have asked where BMW finance is seeing the error but i dont get any feedback. that is really not customer service at all.
