Illegal debit orde

On the 15th of January a debit order was also executed against my cheque account for R99 labelled "NTN AZUCEPT AZU15TH2965 ".
I have absolutely no idea what this is and informed FNB that I suspect that it is a transaction... Apart from being stuffed around from the one department to the
next, I was basically given the Gauteng salute! I have complained to the premier banking division, but to no avail... instead their stupid robot keeps on phoning me to advise that my cheque account is over drawn - I've removed all funds from there. It does not allow me to choose the option that this is not my transaction!
