Still waiting on the Glazier - BAD SERVICE

Ref No: C7-JG8S-01. I logged a call with Auto & General (A&G) noon on 02 February 2014 after the wind slammed my door and cause the window to break. I received no feedback as to the status of my call. After 11pm last night I was to close it with plastic putting the lives of my family at risk. It is now 03 February 2014 - 8.45am and I'm still waiting on feedback. This is very poor service from a reputable company. I think it's time to review my policy and stop assisting A&G with marketing as I have spread news to friends that their premiums is affordable but the service not so good. I hope to received a speedy response from A&G and to compensate me for my inconvenience.
