Ridiculous! From pillar to post with AVAF to get

I paid my car off in DECEMBER 2012 already and still waiting for ABSA bank to give me the registration papers.

NOBODY at absa can tell me where this is at and what happened.

I've been at the Greenstone branch 4 times already - no luck
I've phoned into the call centre - no feedback or information i can work with

ABSA can write a book on 10000s of excuses to use to their customers..

I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN ANYMORE.

Everyone I speak to blames Ottos Tshivandekano. When we speak to Ottos he blames the admin department.

This company is rediculous.. they quick to take your money but when they owe you something they pathetic.

I'm a Very VERY unhappy ABSA Customer!!!

As per Filishia on the helpdesk - they will escalate this call AGAIN.. lets see... I've got no hope that it will get resolved in 48 hours.. as what was promised before..
