I have recently visited a local branch to request that a debit order is stopped on my account due to the loan being paid in full, and with that had a lovely lady Antoinette assist me.
However when I called the number on which I was given to make the requests, I was shunted from 5 different departments as each said that they were unable to assist.
My question is why do they A) Give numbers that are incorrect. B) Make the options ominous to the extent that it is a swing in the dark selecting one and C) when speaking to an employee, how are they not able to transfer you tot he correct department?
Not only am I fuming, but now facing greater penalties because they are incompetent
