CANCELLED LIFE INSURANCE POLICY STILL DEDUCTING

I've joined the first for women life insurance cover as at end of November 2013 and have cancelled it almost immediately thereafter yet they are still deducting every month. I need this cancelled and my account to be credited for the three months deducted.
