Harrasment and incompetent

I have saved their number on my phone. They give me missed-calls. Ringing once or twice and hanging up. Then they "charge" you for these phone calls. They make "payment arrangements" without arranging anything with the debtor. I have asked them to stop phoning me if they see that I am making payments, but this request they ignore. They make their money out of phony phone calls for which they charge. They should be reported to the National Credit Regulator.
