What amazing and efficient people

I'm overwhelmed by the service I have received from Lorain and Kerry with my claims in the past 3 days. Filled with emotions because my 2 little daschund babies are sick. Lorain and Kerry have made every effort to make my medical aid claims for them "pain-free" and quick.
