Not making me prosper:

After thoroughly checking my statement I decided to go to the branch to query my very high charges once again. The consultant I met could not explain the charges and so put me through to their pricing department. I spoke to a gentleman who also could not explain what these charges were for. After asking me what I had done during the month he eventually concluded that it must be for the 6 extra cash withdrawals I did. For a R177 that means I was charged R29 for each!!! If this is not crazy I don't know what is.
