I order a TV on the 03/01/14. I only managed to send through a copy of a TV license on the 13/01/14.There TV licence is in the name of my mother who is the owner of the residence at which I reside. After 7 days of tracking the order nothing was dispatched, I called in on the 20/01/14 spoke to Felicity who said there was an error on the order, I also then sent a copy of the TV license to Felicity who advised that she will provide me with feedback. Another 7 days goes by and still no feedback from Felicity, I then sent her an email and received no response. I called the u count rewards call centre 28/01/14.I was told that the TV will not be released as the TV licence is not in my name. This could have been communicated to me on the 13th January 2014. It was then advised to me to get a TV licence which I find totally ridiculous as that means we will be paying double for a TV licence for one household. Another suggestion was to have my mothers TV license cancelled and then have one for me, what happens when she wants to purchase a Television. She will then have to get another TV licence so why cancel the one she had.i sent an email, 2 days late and still no feedback. GET BACK TO ME
