Useless individuals turning away new Business!

I asked for a MF quote for household and two vehicles a week ago. I received a very good quote, which I would like to accept. I have been trying for three days, calling in trying to get the insurance activated. Each time I get sent from pillar to post, or I get promised I would be contacted back in 5 minutes. The call never comes, and when I call back I just get bad attitude from the same useless individuals... Do you even realise that you are bluntly turning away new business!!! It also makes me think how pathetic the service would be should I need to make a claim...

No thank you, you can take your quote and shove it!
