SLOW CLAM SETTLEMENT

Iwyze has the WORST claim pay out i know, i only submitted a claim on my laptop and its been gone for a week and still i ha vent gotten feedback on anything, when i call they say some one will call but no one ever calls. they don't even know what is going on with my claim. i am going to start looking for a new insurance because if it takes 3 weeks for a laptop that isn't even fixed/paid out i would hate to think about my house or car. i feel like taking this further because this is by far the worst service i have received from any company. i work for the best insurance company in SA and we keep to our TAT.
