Capitec Bank can go themselves. I tried today for the SECOND TIME to open an account there, and YET AGAIN all I got was the runaround. In any case, you are likely to go the same way as Saambou, and when you do, I will certainly be applauding and open a bottle of expensive champagne (with the money I did NOT put into an account with you). I'd rather keep my money under my mattress. The first time you were not happy to accept a letter from my employer to CERTIFY I was living and working at the same premises (Cresta branch), with a certified copy of his ID and his lease for the premises (a 45 minute wait THAT TIME), today you decide (after I asked said employer for a LEASE) that the lease is "not an original" (For sakes, it is the only one I HAVE Sent to me electronically), and that after your door monkey told me to press the "enquiry" button on your stupid "take a number join the queue" system when it should have been the "Savings" button. Meaning I needed another number, and waited close on TWO HOURS. How about logical things like "Open/change info on an account" instead of "SAVINGS". I eventually just LOST it (Mall@Reds branch). YOU!
