I called the african bank call center and some rude chick answered. she was speaking with her friends saying they must check an email. i left that and we went to my account. i was asking about my account and she gave me a shocking attitude. she was shouting at me when i just wanted clarity with my account.it was unacceptable. she needs to respect clients and give them a services that is well diserved.
