Charged an incorrect ebucks fee

When I applied for a credit card at FNB I was sent a quote/agreement with the monthly charges and such. It clearly states on that form that the "annual ebucks fee" is R0.00. Yet in December, R200 was taken off my my credit card account as an "annual ebucks fee". This is obviously a problem as it is in breach of the agreement they sent me, which I accepted. I have tried contacting them about this via email and had no response. I don't have airtime to phone them (not that I think I should have to phone them when it is their mistake). I want this amount refunded to me ASAP.
