The worst service in SA

I have been trying to get settlements on my accounts so I can settle them since December last year. Nobody knows what they doing, no decision makers and very slack in responding to any type of communication to say the least. They are just impossible to deal with but they add interest everyday. I just want to pay them so I never have to deal with them again.
