How do these people get your details!!!

I keep getting emails and post from these people. I have asked numerous time to remove me from their mailing lists. They don't even have my name right!!! I NEVER contacted them and now they have somehow found my new residential address and are now sending their junk to my home. I'm NOT impressed and I wish they would just... well, I don't think my wording would be appropriate on this form...
