Declined for opening new account becoz of Initial

I opened a new fnb SAVINGS account, (TO SAVE MY OWN MONEY-NOT LENDING), they decline my application, because My Second Initial wasnt on my Proof of Adress, EVERYTHING else was PERFECT, i was planning to move to FNB with All my Banking, But POOR service here, and i will NEVER RECOMMEND FNB!! The Consultant Could have tried to assist, but he just checked and said NO! I will approach a diffrent Bank FOR SAVINGS! This in my Books was unnecessary and i asked repeatedly can i not come back and bring ANOTHER poa with my second initial on and he said -YOur Choice... What Kind of Service is this?? Dissapointed and i will BAd mouth FNB everywhere i GO!!!
