Please help me claim my R400

Outsurance gave me call regarding the car insurance claim. After supplying Outsurance (Elias) with all necessary information his qoute came to R1, 500. Just after I told him that I'm currently paying R942.89 with my insurer, he diassppeared on the phone. I would like to believe that we were disconnected accidentaly, so can someone contact me on 0834002588 or 0711961192 . I want to claim my R400 as per your advert
