On 02/04/13 Outsurance and them about my cracked windscreen. I told the lady I spoke to that I would like the crack to be stopped so that I doesn't continue further. She promised to contact someone to fix this and said it will be free. I will have to pay R310.00 access if only I needed to replace the wind-screen and she also gave me PG Glass in Rooderpoort's contact details which I lost after my blackberry went for repairs. As no one called me back, I made a follow up with Outsurance on 16/04/13 and the lady I spoke to promised to speak to the relevant person to call me back. It's been two weeks now and still no response. The windscreen has cracked further and will need to be replaced. This is what I tried to avoid in the 1st place and I guess will have to pay the access for it replaced :( I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and this was may first claim. I'm utterly disappointed and lost faith in them. If they fail to fix just a crack, how about if I'm involved in a serious accident. Is it even worth it to pay more than a thousand premium every month for this kind of a service?
