I made an incorrect payment into a closed account and enlisted the services of Internet Banking help line to possibly assist me in recovering the payment.

I was made well aware of the possibility of payment not being recoverable and if recovered said admin fee will apply an requirement of accepting terms and conditions was requested and completed.

The turn around time listed is 48H it has been more than 5 working days and not so much as a call or any form of e-mail correspondence. Why should the client keep following up and requesting feedback. This is really were service is meant to be top of the line.
