CANCELLATION OF REQUEST

I was searching the web for places to apply for a loan, I came right through First National Bank and now when I have not even utilized Loan discovery SA services they want to deduct R399.00 for what? If this gets deducted from my account I will take it further and hand it over to my lawyers. They are not a financial institute not even registered with the NCR so how can they just deduct funds from my account and then expect me to pay it and if I don't pay it they will hand me over, well I will also take it further then.

I feel this is and they cannot just deduct money from my account if there were no services rendered.
