350 deducted from my husbands account

My husband registered for loanfinder but without his consent they deducted 350 rand for a fr life member, he did not even qualify for a loan. We needed that money but now they deduct an amount. I want a refund on this account as we have other obligation. That is a payment of something I could have used are they out of they mind to just deduct money, I will tell every one I know not to ever use this service they offer.
