Pathetic Service

I must admit that I had the worst possible experience from Discovery Insure today. After dropping my car off for repairs at Dals in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. I requested that a courtesy car is arranged and delivered, and after making a number calls to their call centre, and promises made by their consultants/agents, still there was NO car. I was left stranded and I had to make alternative arrangements. I took a car hire option for a reason and at the least I expected was for the car to be arranged but that didn't happen. Discovery is such a brand conscious organization and always prides itself in customer experience and providing services with great excellence. I must admit that, their service and response was pathetic, and their people gave a terrible impression and didn't live up to their values around customer experience.

They have left a sour taste in my mouth and a terrible impression. I have NO intention to ever again recommend your organization to any of my family member, friends and associates.
