I was sent an sms from Outsurance to say they will be paying me an non claim bonus of R 2000 plus on 1/1/14. To date I received nothing. On about 8/1/14 My vehicle was broken into and My car radio was. I called Outsurance to claim for replacement radio / CD player and was told that I would loose my non claim bonus plus I needed to pay excess of over R4000. This is unacceptable and Outrageous!!!
To date I had no feedback from them. I am waiting for them to replace or pay me for a bette
