Student loan acc not closed after paying settlemen

Student loan acc was opened in 2009. 12/12/2011 I got settlement amount for R27194.00, as I wanted to close this acc. In Feb 2012 I receive a phone call telling me that they gave me the wrong amount and that I still had an outstanding balance of R1421.26 which I paid on 16/02/2012. Dec 2013 Collections dept started phoning me telling me that I still have an outstanding amount of R2816.97 as on 28/11/2013. Which was a big surprise because I settled this acc already, to be closed. As my proof of payments was already destroyed, I went to FNB Vaalmall to get statements on this acc as proof. 22/12/2013 I saw a consultant Nthabiseng Letsheleha which was very unhelpful, after 20min with her she told me that it's her lunch time, and took her bag and left. I asked for the team leader Yolandie which assisted me and mailed the statements to the collections dept. Collections dept didn't want to accept the statement as proof of payment. I went back and Yolandie and she referred this to admin dept.
