Lack of service and bad attitude when opening acc

To Whom it may concern

I phoned the customer service centre ahead to confirm what documents I would require to open an account. Upon arriving at the Middelburg branch (In Middelburg Mall) the person that should have been helping me was rude and unhelpful. Honestly the worst service I've received in my life from a bank. I also enquired as to other products where she was borderline useless. Then I was informed that I required a Payslip, which I was never informed about when enquiring with customer service before hand. The "branch manager"' was appalling to spite my enquiries. Amongst the documents I had was 3months bank statements (Certified, showing salary), ID and proof of residence. No one even tried to suggest a different product for my needs. Honestly, my fault for not getting the names 'also didn't wear name badges'' and even if I had the wrong documents, the way I was treated was shameful. At least if they had some common courtesy it would have been better. Time spend at the branch 2 hours, didn't get a thing done. Tried to open an account. (Two to be exact). Ps. Put up more boards and details so that I know what I'm doing where.
