Unreliable panel beate

Hello
I need to know what am I supposed to do with a panel beater that has been keeping my car for 2 months now? The repair was authorised by the assessor on 09/12/2013 if I'm not mistaken, but up to this date I still do not have a car which I believe they were paid to repair and they promise to give me my car everyday. I just need to know what can I do to get my car back from this panel beater which is on your list of approved repairers. I'm being inconvenienced with the car I insured for my convenience.
