Credit card about to expire and notification

Hi,

i was phoned my one of the people working at UTI to say my credit card can de delivered to me.
i was contacted by UTI a while back stating the same thing. one both occassions i stated im not interested and want to go in personally to collect my card, itf i stated this why was i called again by UTI and i have received NO notification of when and where to go and fetch my card, normally this is done with no problems.

This is the first time im experiencing hassles with such a small thing
