Debit Dates

I'm so annoyed by Ned Bank, not everyone get paid the day before their salary date if it falls on a weekend. I told them prior that I get paid on the 25th not a day before. I was promised that they will debit a day after in that case, now I got an sms that they are going to debit today and the last time I checked today was the 24th not 25th. All they are doing is creating a bad ITC record for me and rejected debit fees.
