This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I'm getting calls daily from rude standard bank staff saying my account is in arrears... This has been happening for weeks now... is this how you do business???

The problem and lack of professionalism is the reason for this complaint. I received an sms stating my debit date will be the 1st of Feb 2014 and somehow they keep calling over and over and over.

Why is this happening??? I'm now at a point where i will swear at these who keep calling me... as that's the easy way to get them to hang up :) but really why do I need to turn into this vulgar person for you to stop???
