In November 2013 Liquid Capital phoned me and asked if i am interested in extending my service plan.
i told them that i want to think about it. the sales assistant then told me that they will send me documents and that i have 30 days to cancel if i dont want the package.
it is now end of January 2014 and still i have no documents and i did not provide funds in my bank account..so the debit order did not go through and now they are going to take of double that amount in feb.
so bassicly i am paying for something already and i dont even know the terms and conditions and what they cover in the service etc.
i want to cancel but i think then i must pay a fee???
this is not right and unfair!!!
