Promise not kept up to as per advertisement

Good day

kindly assist I taken up a loan in Dec 2013 and was advised by a advert via sms and on the boodle webiste that I would received 10% back I then called the call centre and was advised that the 10% will be credited between 24-48hrs after the laon has been repayed and to date its out of turn around time and i received nothing pathetic and poor service why advertise something if u can't delive
