Awesome Service

While leaving his office last night, my husband accidentally dropped his keys in the boot of his car just before it slammed shut. He phoned me in a panic as he knew I needed to go to work once he got home and now he was stuck and couldn't drive the car. I phoned Outsurance (it was about 6.15pm), spoke to JP at the Call Centre, he contacted a local locksmith who arrived almost immediately, managed to open the car and retrieve the keys. From start to finish it took about 25 minutes. Besides the awesome service, JP kept in contact with us regarding the arrival of the locksmith and then checked again afterwards to make sure everything was okay. This is not the first time we've experienced this level of awesome service from Outsurance.
