After a terrible experience with your company and an intervention from the ombudsman, you finally decide to pay out my claim (626256) however you cant get the excess correcly. Why am I even suprised, its Ms Flekkies dealing with my claim. She knows nothing about attention to detail. I dont know if you guys enjoy this bit I sure an not getting any joy from you guys. After calling her and CORRECTING HER ERROR, she promised to send the revised document "JUST NOT" (in her own words, you have the recording. look it up)

Well I was not underwhelmed when she didnt send it, I have become immuned to her EMPTY PROMISES. I called in the following day and spoke to Faith Ngcobo, what a breath of fress air. She was effecient and had the correct document sent within minutes. How did Ms Flekkies fail to do this still beats me.

On Monday the 20th at 15h00 I emailed both ladies the correct signed document and today when I call in to enquire if they received the document, I was told that payment was made with the incorrect amount on it.

I have to say BIG UPS TO THE messgae centre guys especially Bongi and Cherylize.

CAN SOMEONE JUST DO SOMETHING RIGHT FOR ONCE PLEASE! can this end!!!
