Where is my R400?

I called your call centre for a quotation. I also called a few other companies, and had to decline your offer due to getting two better offers - one at the same price but with a significantly lower excess, and one with both a significantly lower premium and excess. Why did you not keep your promise to pay me back R400? I took you up on your offer, so it is your time to keep your word. Or was this just sales talk?
