On Friday morning 8:30, i applied for a loan.By 9:00 i have already send through my paper work. Every time I called i got the same message, we did not receive your papers. Everyday since i have send it repeatedly, only to be told today that they are wrong. I resend them again and again and again... every time i send same BULLT story, we still don't have your paper work. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY TO SORT THIS OUT. WHY SHOULD I BEG TO GIVE YOU FUCKING BUSINESS!!!

Calling tonight, i lost because the lady on the other side keeps on giving me the same BULLLLST story. When i ask for a manager, oh he will speak to me when he is tone. SO far been holding and holding...

IF IT IS SUCH A F*&CK ISSUE< SAY SO AND I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!

HAD ENOUGH OF THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE AND SERVICE. YOU GET BETTER SERVICE AT THE CITY COUNSEL THAN DIRECT AXIS!!!
