Stroke, and a year later no payments received

My dad had a stroke in February 2013 and to date no payments has been received. My dad was boarded from the company and in the interim the company retrenched all employees. After numerous emails, phone calls, visits to the Bellville office, no payments has been made. A promise is made all the time that the documentation is in process but nothing happens. My parents were personally at the Bellville office as again they needed a Bank statement and Certified ID. All documentation were sent in numerous times and still an ID copy and Bank statement is required. Every time we call Sue Ellen she says that she will get back to us but never does. Please my dad needs answers as there is no income in the household.
