Terrible service!!!

I took a temporary loan of R700 from FNB to see me through the balance of the month. I happened to have a deposit of R350 go into my account which was a refund from someone that was due to me and guess what... FNB deducts my R350 from my account!!! This is not the first time Ive taken a temp loan and it always gets deducted on payday, the terms and conditions clearly say you have 31 days to repay your loan! Yet they deduct the last R350 I had to my name, now how am I suppose to survive until payday next week!! and I have 3 children at home, that was my bread and milk money for the week!! I phoned FNB and they tell me they cant help me. This is RIDICULOUS..They have taken the food from my children's mouths for the next week. I'm SO angry that I'm thinking of moving to another bank now!!!
