Today 17/01 I went to pick up my bank card at FNB Woodbridge and came out very disappointed and felt very disrespected, I was ignored by Caspar Von Rensberg which to me it came across as a race issue, as he chose to serve a person behind me, even though I was there 1st and in front of this other white lady, I had to approach him to get help on which queue to follow.
I felt he ignored me course I'm black, this for me is unacceptable course I'm also a customer of FNB and I deserve the same respect.
