Nedbank
No straight answers, just beating around the bush

In December 2013 several amounts were withdrawn from my Nedbank cheque account over a period of different days amounting? R15 000. I went into the bank to query this amount that withdrawn from my account, I was advised that they would investigate the matter and come back to me. Today I was contacted by the bank and informed that the monies were withdrawn at an ATM in the Ennerdale area where I lived. I am not happy with the feedback received from Nedbank as they seem to be very vague and cannot give me straight answers. I want answers and this matter sorted out.
