Trying to cancel, being ignored

I took a funeral policy with 1life very recently, cant afford it any longer, decided to cancel, sent an e-mail on 8th Jan and 14 Jan. Noone bothered to contact me, on 15th, they debit my account leaving me penniless, taking my daughters school fees I had kept in my account .sent thro numerous emails since... all delayed or nevr going thro! I need my money back NOW!
