I would like to compliment A & G on the quality of their employee (Tiaan Venter) at their call centre. First of all he is fully bilingual and was in a position to handle all my questions in either english or afrikaans. He was very detailed with the information and assisted me in sorting out a number of queries & changes on my policy (ies). He is also very knowledgeable and fully qualified to handle complicated issues and to do problem solving.
