You are a joke in all honesty!!!

All i tried to do was what i though a simple little task by phoning my wonderful insurance company to ask what would the premium be if i wanted to add a phone on to my insurance, i mean how simple is that u ask, well let me tell u mission impossible!!! first they will not even consider looking at you if you don't have the emei number what if you don't have the phone and are think of getting it what then then they ask you all kinds of stupid question that they already know the answer to but guess what yip could not be bothered to look up wow what amazing service. you might be the cheapest but u do have the service i have ever come across, time to shop around and see what others offer because at this moment and the service u offer maybe paying more is a better idea and i would urge others to do the same thing. i am sure if i am so lucky that someone will call to tell me how sorry they are for what has happened but at the end of the day you are not sorry and dont care as long as premiums are paid that is all you care about.
