Can't help with a Quote

I have household insurance, thought to move my car as well to iWyze. When I phoned 2 days ago they said I need the following information ID Number and License Date. When I phoned back today, Bongani said that I need all claim information as well as prices, which wasn't communicated to me beforehand. He refused to assist me any further. Insurance is for my wife, all I want to know what is will cost. Supervisor also phoned without help, all they say system is like this and can't help me. They rather send me away then give me an estimated quote. Now I must waste my time finding this as well. Probably after getting this info there will be more. Unfriendly to help me out. Compared to when I got my house hold insurance was friendly helpful without any issues.
