What a STAR they have at the Outsurance Call Cent

I sms'ed for a call-back on a quote for car insurance. Within 4 minutes I was called by the most friendly, thorough, receptive Client Services Consultant I have ever encountered. He could answer all my questions (and there were many!!!) promptly and to my satisfaction. He did not get frustrated by my continuous questioning and kept such an awesome attitude throughout the entire transaction. As a Manager for Client Services at an international company, I can appreciate what wonderful Client interaction skills he has. Thank you Sbu Khawula, I wish you were a Consultant on my team!!!
