FNB Don't know what they are doing!!!

All FNB is good for is advertising!!!
I have never had such a headache when applying for a product.
After going into a branch with all my documentation them verifying it and confirming that everything is in order. I now get SMS's that I need to send them this doccumentation AGAIN!!! so I emailed this info AGAIN!! and it is still not what they want!!! can someone please get a clue there and give customers the correct information first time and stop wasting their time. Your add campains might be good but your service is pathetic
